Staging Consultation – The first step of the staging process will include a walk through of your home. We will make suggested edits and email you with a complete list of proposed projects. After reviewing the list, you have the option to have our team implement the edits for you. We work in a quick and efficient manner to ‘get the job done.’

Consultation cost: $200

Vacant Staging Package –

This package is designed for vacant homes. We will do a walk through of the space and create a list of rooms to be staged with rental furniture and accessories. (The consultation fee is waived for this package)

The actual day of staging, our team will place furniture and rugs, hang art and display accessories; all in an 8 hour time frame. We will lightly clean as we go along but ask that the house be professionally cleaned prior to our arrival to ensure the best results for your pictures and showings.

Staging cost: range of $1,500 – $3,000 per month

5 rooms of staging:

– Formal Living

– Dining Room

– Family Room

– Office

– Master Bedroom

– Kitchen and baths are staged with no additional cost

Owner Occupied Staging Package –

This package is designed for an owner occupied residence. We will start with a staging consultation then suggest (and implement) updates to ensure your home shows it’s best prior to real estate photos being taken. Edits may include renting specific pieces of furniture, grouping art, merchandising shelves or bookcases, adding accessories and even rearranging your existing furniture to make the best use of the space.

Starting at $850 (8 hour day)

(furniture rental costs are additional, depending which pieces are chosen)
